Thompson Real World Prize Winner 2010

"Since winning the Thompson Real World prize and achieving a runner up prize in the Film and Animation category I have already been approached by a number of businesses looking to recruit new talent. It has also helped me network with some great creative companies in the North and given me a solid head start in the creative industry.
It has also given me huge confidence in my work. I also feel more confident about going for a job interview and applying for jobs as it’s made a significant impact on my CV. Winning these awards has also raised interest from my University and the local media which has been fantastic publicity.
With these achievements from the Northern Design Competition I now feel I have the confidence and recognition to make a good impression on any creative agency."
