"I am currently working full time for Morrisons Supermarkets in their in-house studio.
My job title is communication co-coordinator and I work mainly on briefs from the human resources department, which included recruitment posters, training manuals and newsletters. I have also done work on a few in store promotional items.
Winning the Graphic Design Category definitely improved how confident I felt about my work and it has given me encouragement to carry on exploring handmade graphics through my own work.
Before winning and my job offer from Morrisons I had been planning on doing my Masters Degree at the LincolnSchool of Art & Design. I still feel strongly about doing my Masters, I’m just delaying it slightly while I get some hands on experience.
Outside of work, I am also one half of Mild Peril Media, a design and illustration collective. The website is www.mildperilmedia.co.uk and I use this to showcase my portfolio.
