Young Northern Designer

Brief: This award recognises the creative talents of the younger entrants to the Northern Design Competition. Students that enter into any of the competitions main categories will be automatically entered in to the Young Northern Designer award if they are aged 16-18 on the 31st August 2010.

Prize: Five finalists will be selected from all of the entries that meet the age criteria of the Young Northern Designer award. The five finalists will be invited to an awards evening where the the winner will be announced.

The Young Northern Designer will recieve a £500 cash prize and £250 for their school, college or university. The two runners up will receive a prize of £250 each and £100 for their school, college or university.
